When you submit a bug report through our mobile app or website we may collect technical, non-identifying diagnostic information to help us reproduce and fix issues. This information is used only for troubleshooting and improving our services.

What we may collect: device model and manufacturer, Android/OS version, app version, available RAM and storage (non-identifying), screen resolution, locale/timezone, battery level and network type. Photos or screenshots you attach are also stored with the report.

No identifiers collected: We do not collect IMEI, MAC address, Android ID, Advertising ID, phone numbers, contacts, or other persistent identifiers. We do not store raw client IP addresses; a short hash prefix may be used for correlation only.

Storage & access: Reports (including attached files) are stored under our secure uploads area and are accessible only to authorized staff. When a report is received it may be emailed to our admin contacts for triage; attachments and the diagnostic DeviceInfo.txt are included in that email.

Retention: Diagnostic reports are retained as necessary to resolve the issue. You may contact us to request deletion of a report.

Play Store compliance: We only collect diagnostic data that is safe and permitted by the Play Store. Do not include personal information in bug reports; if you need to share PII please contact us through official support channels.
